Company qualification

Love Fleet has obtained the "Certificate of Qualification for Seaman Expatriation Agency" issued by the Maritime Safety Administration of the People's Republic of China, the SPRS certificate of the Panama Maritime Administration, and the ISO9001:2008 quality management system certificate certified by Lloyd's Register (LRQA). At the same time, it is also the governing unit of Shandong Crew Service Association.

Crew Resources

Since 2014, the company has been recruiting students to various marine professional colleges every year, including Dalian Maritime University, Qingdao Ocean Mariners College, Shandong Jiaotong College, Guangdong Ocean University, etc. Through the process of dispatching from interns, we have gradually established a team of our own crew members, with more than 300 contracted crew members, including many captains and chief engineers.

Business Scope

Since its establishment, the company has established a good business relationship with shipowners in Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Vietnam,Hong Kong, Taiwan, etc., and has provided excellent crew for various types of ships for a long time. There are four types of manned ships: bulk cargo ships, container ships, Panamax ships, and ro-ro passenger ships. Currently, the total number of people on board exceeds 870.

Container Ship Section:

The company has been committed to cultivating professional container ship talents for many years, providing shipowners with excellent crew with rich container experience, and ensuring the accuracy of container liner turnover for shipowners. Panamax section:

The company is currently manning 6 Panamax ships, and the crew members have undergone strict training and are familiar with the business characteristics of Panamax ships.
